Returns
All return must be postmarked within (15) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please email customer care service at info@craftyfashions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Our shipping partner will collect the same from you.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least 7-10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn or unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
